How do I book with a Pet Care Provider?
If the Pet Care Provider has listed contact information on their profile you may contact them directly or follow the below steps to book their Mon Petit Ami. The Pet Care Provider can choose to allow you to book through Mon Petit Ami or direct you to their own website.
How to book through Mon Petit Ami:
- On the Pet Care Provider’s profile scroll to the ‘Availability’ section.
- Choose for how long you want to book the service. Depending on the Pet Care Provider, you can book by minutes, hours or days. Pet Care Providers set minimum and maximum values that you can book for.
- Next select which day(s) and time (s) you would like to book an appointment with the Pet Care Provider. Calendar days in green are the days that you are allowed to book an appointment on. If the calendar day is half green then that means that the Pet Care Provider has other appointments for that day, but still has availability. The ‘Time’ will automatically filter based on your selection and display the available times.
- Almost done! Now click on ‘Contact’ and fill in the required information for the Pet Care Provider.
- Select ‘Submit’ and you’re done. Once the Pet Care Provider accepts the request you may work out payment and any additional details on your own.
